Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards of the club.
* Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
* Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
* Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
* Experience and promote the products and services offered.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively contributing to the upkeep of the club with team support.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints professionally and escalate to the relevant manager when necessary.
