Project Location: Aberdeen, Scotland - UK Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor or Substation Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Ireland Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of service and support to the Project Manager. Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to Planners and Junior team members as needed. Review contract documentation, identifying key scheduling and tracking requirements. Develop the construction schedule using the high-level target schedule and WBS provided by the Project Manager. Assist with client schedule negotiations. Populate the schedule with labour and metrics based on hours and quantities from the Commercial Team. Create necessary trackers and reporting templates. Collaborate with the Main Contractor and Project Manager to develop a fully integrated construction schedule. Measure and track weekly progress and efficiency, working closely with the Site Team, and formally validate with the Commercial Team every 2-3 weeks. Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, keeping the project team and lead planner informed. Qualification Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven ability to develop and implement plans, as well as monitor and manage project progress. Proficient in creating detailed project plans using design and commercial data. Skilled in coordinating and managing the development of plans across multiple projects. Competent in using planning software such as Microsoft Project or P6, along with Microsoft Office tools. Excellent report-writing skills with a strong focus on clarity and detail.
