Responsibilities
* Support strategic decision-making within your functional team.
* Identify and define the insights needed to shape and develop proposition concepts.
* Determine key proposition features to meet the needs of your target customer segment.
* Develop and define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution plan for proposition launches.
* Ensure GTM readiness for any changes to existing propositions.
* Own all revenue-generating assumptions used in business case development.
* Recommend pricing strategies and market price points for new proposition developments to the Pricing team.
* Ability to design clear, compelling propositions that highlight customer benefits and address market gaps.
* Experience in identifying customer needs, tracking market trends, and analysing competitive landscapes.
* Understanding of the Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Mobile, and Security sectors, with insight into how these markets operate and evolve.
* Confident in communicating ideas, presenting proposals, and influencing stakeholders effectively.
* Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead alignment around shared goals.
