Job Opportunity: HR Advisor
Are you ready to step into a fast-paced, people-focused HR role in a mission-driven environment? Our client is seeking a proactive and organized HR Advisor to join their growing team in Egham!
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line HR advice to managers
2. Lead onboarding, compliance, and employee experience initiatives
3. Manage the campus Single Central Record (SCR) and safer recruitment checks
4. Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate submissions
5. Support visa and immigration processes
6. Handle employee relations cases with tact and confidence
7. Support a wider HR function that promotes learning, growth, and collaboration
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in generalist HR and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of UK employment law, safeguarding, and immigration
* Experience with HR systems and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it
* Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to handle confidential matters
* Ability to thrive in busy environments and manage multiple priorities
