Recruitment Consultant – Engineering / Technical
Location: Manchester (4 days office, 1 day remote)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + commission (10-30%)

We’re representing a growing specialist recruitment firm that’s scaling both its Engineering and Technology divisions and is seeking driven recruiters to join the journey.
The Opportunity
You’ll join an ambitious, performance-driven team where delivery and discipline are key. With strong leadership, clear structure, and cutting-edge systems already in place, this business is investing heavily in growth - aiming to triple headcount across Engineering and Tech within the next year.
They’re not focused on how long you’ve been in recruitment - what matters is what you’ve achieved:
* Strong billings or client wins
* A defined market niche or technical specialism
* Clear understanding of your market and motivation
Both permanent and contract recruitment experience are valued, and they’re open to consultants who operate a dual desk.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll fit in well if you’re:
* A proven recruiter within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical markets
* Focused, consistent, and commercially aware
* Interested in developing your niche and building client partnerships
* Looking for progression, improved commissions, or a business with better balance and culture
* Able to demonstrate solid career history and clear reasons for moving
Business developers, resourcers, and billing leaders are all encouraged to apply.
