The Role
You will take ownership of our search strategy across international markets, building efficient campaigns that balance tight budgets with the need for high-quality leads and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of complex products and niche audiences, where creativity, testing, and precision targeting are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage cost-effective PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms, ensuring maximum ROI on limited budgets.
* Develop SEO strategies for niche and complex products, focusing on visibility in competitive international markets.
* Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis tailored to specific industries and regions.
* Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, creative ad copy, landing page improvements, and conversion tracking.
* Report performance with clear insights and recommendations for scaling.
* Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create targeted strategies for unique audiences.
Beneficial but by no means essential
* Improve website performance (speed, UX, conversions) through hands-on web development.
* Build and optimise landing pages tailored to campaigns and audiences.
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing small to medium budgets (£1,000 – £10,000/month) with measurable success.
* Strong knowledge of PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and SEO (on-page, technical, link building).
* Demonstrated success in niche or complex product marketing.
* Skilled in budget optimisation, audience targeting, and creative campaign execution.
* Analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
* Ability to adapt strategies across international markets and multi-language audiences.
