Job Description

We’re hiring experienced administrators for a busy contact centre in Bristol. This is a temporary, full-time role, based on-site 5 days a week.

What you’ll do:

* Handle inbound customer calls (B2C)
* Complete accurate and detailed admin tasks
* Update systems, resolve queries, and log information
* Work in a fast-paced, supportive team

What we need:

* 1 year minimum office/admin experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Available to start immediately
* Comfortable working full-time in the office
