Maintenance Lead – Henley-on-Thames Salary: £29,000 Overtime Full-Time Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:00pm On-Call 1 in 4 Weekends We are currently seeking a dedicated Mainten ance Lead to join this experienced team of four, based in a beautiful and historic location near the River Thames in Henley. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a wide range of general maintenance tasks across the estate Support occasional plumbing, electrical, or other skilled trade work Contribute to the upkeep and care of buildings, some of which are listed Work closely with team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend on-call rota Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm Paid 30-minute daily break Overtime available and paid accordingly Meals on Duty About You: Previous maintenance experience across multiple disciplines Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys varied work – no two days are the same Knowledge of listed buildings is an advantage but not essential Committed to high standards of service and safety This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a scenic and dynamic environment, where your skills and initiative will be valued as part of a supportive and professional team.
