About the Role
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on critical risk and compliance initiatives within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on GRC and IRM modules.
* Configure workflows, policies, and compliance frameworks to meet business and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and scripting.
* Ensure best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within ServiceNow.
* Provide technical support and enhancements for existing ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 3+ years).
* Hands-on expertise in GRC and IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
* Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred).
* ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (desirable).
