As a Production Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operations, blending hands-on production work with frontline leadership. You'll motivate and guide your team to smash KPIs related to safety, quality, output, and costall while actively participating in the production area. With your keen eye for detail, you'll conduct daily briefings, ensure team readiness, and resolve any staffing or equipment issues swiftly. You will also play a crucial role in planning labour resources, working cross-functionally to drive improvements, and upholding our health and safety standards.
