We're looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full time role working 40h across 5 days per week.

The role.
Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?
As the lynchpin of the Bar team, you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operation of our main hotel bar and events bar
· Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of events
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
· Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
· Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
· At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
· Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work well under pressure
