We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office and yard operations. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Booking drivers in and out of daily jobs
* Scheduling collections and deliveries
* Tracking and updating skip hire locations
* Communicating with drivers throughout the day
* Handling client calls and booking enquiries
Ideal candidate:
* Confident using phones and basic computer systems
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Must hold UK Driving Licence
* Is practical and hands-on with a can-do attitude
* Feels at ease around drivers and yard staff
