We're recruiting a qualified Maintenance Manager for a Local Authority client based in Perth. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing a team of technical managers to maintain the estate. Your role is to set priorities for your team, manage appropriate resources to complete the scheduled maintenance repairs and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Job Requirements: Must have SVQ 3 or C&G level 3 (or equivalent) in a recognised electrical/mechanical or joiner trade discipline Must have completed an HNC in an engineering subject and an IOSH managing safely certificate or equivalent Must have proven experience of facilities management including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and computerised maintenance repair systems to ensure industry standards are maintained. Must have a clean record so we can obtain a disclosure for this role. Eligibility: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
