We are the European Importers for many of Motorsports most exciting brands (Zamp Helmets, Sparco etc). We're growing and want a diligent, professional, reliable and passionate individual.

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who thrives in a high-octane environment and shares our passion for motorsport with a focus on brilliant customer success for both existing and new sales.

The Role That Drives Success

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the pit crew chief of customer experience – ensuring every interaction runs like a successful racing team. This isn't just another customer service role; it's your chance to become the heartbeat of our growing motorsport community.

You'll own the entire customer journey, from the moment someone discovers our brands to becoming customers becoming lifelong advocates of our products. Whether it's a weekend warrior getting their first helmet or a professional team placing bulk orders, you'll be their trusted guide through the world of motorsport safety and performance.

Your Championship ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience Excellence

* B2C Customer Success: Be the friendly voice behind every return, lead time inquiry, and product question
* B2B Customer Relations: Manage professional relationships with racing teams, driving schools, and motorsport suppliers.
* Order Processing: Seamlessly handle UK B2B/B2C and EU B2B orders with precision timing
* Platform Management: Master Shiptheory processing and coordinating with our suppliers and team in the UK and Belgium.

Revenue Growth & Sales

* New Customer Acquisition: Hunt for new business opportunities and convert prospects into loyal customers
* Account Management: Nurture and farm existing B2B relationships to maximize lifetime value
* Channel Assessment: Recommend and own strategy on which channels are working and which are not, be the solution.
* Sales Technology: Leverage tools like Klaviyo, Klarna, WooCommerce and help build marketing campaigns to drive targeted campaigns and track performance.
* Stock Forecasting: Use data insights to predict demand and optimize inventory levels

As we expand, you would be expected to contribute to :

* Helping contribute to grow our retail business: Take charge of our physical retail space managing our team in person or remote to the best of their ability to drive custom to our store
* Membership Manager: Lead our exclusive member platform and build our VIP community
* Content Creator: Become the face of our TikTok presence, creating engaging motorsport content.
* Product Scout: Discover the next generation of racing gear and safety innovations for us to sell.
