Guest Services Worldwide and its subsidiaries have produced and supplied high quality publications and printed material for over 20 years.
The successful applicant will be joining our Production Team to assist the management of the relationship between our clients and the in-house design team.
Title – Administration Assistant
Reporting to: Production Manager
Summary:
Responsible for managing the relationship with our key host clients and compiling information and design requirements with the goal of completing and sending to print a completed project.
Key duties & responsibilities:
* High level of communication skills with some experience in client customer service, as the successful candidate will be required to work closely with key clients and the design team.
* Contact clients by phone and email to obtain artwork.
* Scheduling in design work with the design team, explaining the requirements of the key client account.
* Managing the project and ensuring that the timeline for the project is clear and achievable.
* Able to check all aspects of the design and print work in line with the client's needs to ensure that the project is signed off and delivered on time.
* Using the in-house CRM system, to provide competent reporting on project processes. Full training will be given.
* Assist with data capturing and keeping reports updated for management use.
Skills required:
* A minimum pass rate in English Language
* Full working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
* Excellent telephone manner
* Time Management
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
* Previous Customer Service experience would be preferred.
Hours/days of work
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours is also a pre-requisite due to global time zones but working presently to no later than 8pm on a rota system.
