We are seeking an Agricultural/Commercial Property Solicitor whose caseload could range from dealing with agricultural property to small high street shops and large industrial businesses, and this opportunity offers an excellent opportunity to draw on your skills and experience and obtain more market visibility. The niche area of agriculture also offers a caseload of varying complexities which will further add to your career enhancement.
You will be joining a busy department who take pride in the high level of services offered and advise a wide array of clients. The team act across the full remit of commercial property matters, to include:
1. Sales & purchases of freehold
2. Advising developers
3. Dealing with the relocation requirements of businesses
4. Undertaking a wide range of landlord and tenant matters
5. Preparing and advising on all lease matters and property issues for commercial premises
Communication skills are highly important as we are seeking someone who is engaging and enjoys building relationships with the firm's already existing commercial clients
