We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team. Do you have good knowledge of Excel and can pick things up quickly? If yes, then this fast-paced role could be for you!

What you’ll be doing…
* Managing a portfolio of suppliers and ensuring all Accounts Payable responsibilities are met.
* Processing supplier invoices using automated systems.
* Reconciling supplier invoices to statements monthly, providing analysis and escalation where applicable.
* Attending supplier calls to manage disputes and reduce outstanding queries.
* Supporting payments to suppliers in line with contractual terms.
* Supporting robotic processes in Accounts Payable and escalating risks/errors.
* Assisting ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
* Supporting change management within the team.
* Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
What can you bring?
* Experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant in an automated processing environment.
* SAP FICO knowledge (not essential, can be trained).
* Strong Excel skills, capable of manipulating large data sets.
* Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Team player with a flexible approach.
