We are seeking an Examinations Support Officer to join our team, based in either our Sheffield or King's Lynn office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a customer focused approach to play a key role in supporting the examinations process.
What we're looking for:
* Level 2 in English and maths
* Educated to Level 2 (GCSE level/other appropriate vocational qualifications)
* Experience of working with a diverse range of customers
* Experience of formatting documents
* Knowledge of how to retain confidentiality
* Willingness to travel within the UK
As an Examinations Support Officer, you will support the effective delivery of the examinations life cycle and contribute to the continuous improvement of our examinations service. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing a high quality service to all stakeholders.
