Salary range £26,574. to £28,155. – Permanent Contract
An excellent opportunity exists within our busy Customer Service Unit at the local Council offices. Our team prides itself on delivering a high-quality service to all our customers across Test Valley. You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of customer enquiries in our Call centre and on reception at our Andover office. The role is vital to the community in accessing services and providing information that is important in their lives. You will be able to make a real difference to the people you come in to contact with.
This is a challenging role in a changing environment and to be successful you will need to combine flexibility with a passion for customer service. Your ability to engage with your colleagues and provide a positive experience to customers will be the key to your success.
You must hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 4 to 9) or equivalent including English and Mathematics and have relevant experience of using Microsoft Office products, although full training will be given.
