Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – GLPC-E
Hours – Full Time (Monday – Friday) – Term Time Only
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join our very happy, inclusive school, which is full of amazing children. The school has extensive grounds and visitors always comment on the positive atmosphere and friendly welcome they receive. We are focused on improving outcomes for our pupils and are fully committed to providing a creative and balanced curriculum. We are looking for staff to join us who are flexible, hardworking and committed to ensuring all of our pupils achieve their potential. At Westglade, we expect all staff to be flexible in their deployment in order to serve our pupils’ needs.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to work with us to make a significant contribution to the future achievement and continued successes of Westglade.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to
•be passionate about making a positive difference to children
•clearly enjoy spending time with children
•demonstrate the skills and creativity in planning interesting and engaging activities
•play a role in the rapid development of the school and work in a strong team
•be a positive role model for children, parents and colleagues at all times with energy and enthusiasm
