Finlay Jude Associates are working with a specialist training provider within the water industry who are looking to appoint an experienced Leakage Learning & Development Coach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in leakage detection, clean water networks or field-based water operations who is passionate about developing others.
You will coach and support learners who are completing technical programmes and apprenticeships, delivering both practical training and remote learning sessions.

Leakage Learning & Development Coach Responsibilities
* Delivering high‑quality coaching, training and assessment to learners in leakage and water network operations
* Supporting skills development in areas such as step testing, acoustic leakage detection, pressure management and DMA monitoring
* Carrying out remote sessions, workplace visits and practical demonstrations
* Conducting progress reviews and helping learners achieve goals and milestones
* Ensuring delivery meets industry standards and training requirements
* Building strong working relationships with operational managers and learners
* Supporting quality processes, documentation and compliance
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the water industry – leakage detection, network technician, field technician or similar
* Strong understanding of leakage tools and methods (correlators, loggers, acoustic devices, step tests)
* Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable delivering coaching both remotely and in the field
Desirable (but Not Essential)
* Teaching/assessing qualifications (AET/PTLLS, CAVA/TAQA etc.) – training can be provided
* Experience mentoring or training new starters
