About the Role
To support account, contract management and Bid Management functions across tender and lifecycle for the company. Deputise for the Commercial Managers in their absence within the EMEA region and Bid Management.
The role includes:
* Aftermarket Support - Quotes, applications, invoicing, shipping documents, warranty, reporting, procedures
* Tender Support (data coordination, document prep, bid calendar tracking, CRM update)
Responsibilities
Timely effective aftermarket management including:
* Weekly customer quoting, invoicing and cash receipt
* Accuracy of Quotes and Sales Log
* Compliance with the production of quality estimates
* Quality of reporting and review of data sources and data extraction
* Proper management of bid-related documentation
* Timely update of bidding stages in CRM and relevant trackers
* Formatting and structuring of proposal deliverables as requested
Qualifications
* Relevant experience to deliver effective commercial management processes and financial reporting
* 3-5 years’ experience with demonstrated ability to perform commercial functions
* Successfully completed industrial training or university studies
* 1 – 2 years’ Work experience with comparable activities
Required Skills
* Data analysis, problem solving / decision making skills
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Experience producing or formatting structured documents for commercial, financial, or reporting purposes
Preferred Skills
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
* Proficient in customer management systems as required
* Confident use of Excel functions and formulas; able to manage and design Pivot Tables
* Comfortable updating web-based databases (e.g. CRM systems) and structured trackers
* Fluent in German language (Desired but not essential)
