Your Role:
You will work within a vibrant team, collaborating closely with business owners committed to your success and growth.
Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships.
* Utilise CRM and to manage candidate information efficiently.
* Leverage LinkedIn for recruitment marketing and outreach.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and other relevant systems to track recruitment progress.
* Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
