Overview
Wendy's restaurant leadership role with responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both Front of House and Back of House. The position focuses on staffing, training, and scheduling to build and retain a 5-star team.
Responsibilities

* Use effective scheduling to ensure your team is in the right place at the right time.
* Play a key role in increasing store sales and achieving profit goals.
* Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
* Take advantage of local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of the restaurant and the Wendy’s brand in the local area.
* Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
* Show Managers and Crew Members how to do it right, and make every shift better than the last.
* Provide direction and develop employees with the goal of maximizing contributions and future promotability.
* Promote a workplace where customers adore Wendy’s and employees enjoy working and dining.
* Maintain the company’s standards and culture as described in company communications and policies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading people in a food service environment and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Minimum 2 years of line operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks; must be available for all-day parts and days of the week.
* High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop your managers and team.
* Willing and able to travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
* Stand for long periods, bend and kneel, and be able to lift 10-25 kg as needed.

* Annual Salary between £34,000-£38,000 per year (Base Salary + Bonus OTE).
