Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as necessary, leading by example.
* Manage kitchen budgets and costs effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
* Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and kitchen management.
