Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week - would need to be available between the hours of 7am until 7pm

Are you an experienced call centre team leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Membership Team Leader to join a dynamic and supportive team in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance targets and deliver outstanding service.
Handle escalated complaints and provide first-line support to team members.
Maintain high quality standards across all communication channels.
Manage team schedules and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver training and support to ensure the team meets customer needs effectively. Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a call centre or contact centre leadership role.
Strong background in customer service and complaint resolution.
Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Skilled in team development and performance management.Benefits:
