We are looking for proven experience supporting or administering enterprise or SaaS platforms such as CRM, QMS, or ERP systems. We require a strong understanding of computer system validation activities. We are looking for familiarity with GxP principles and data integrity standards, including ALCOA. We require experience across the validation lifecycle, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and UAT. We are looking for candidates who can work effectively in a regulated environment and support compliance requirements. Responsibilities: We coordinate, manage, and oversee external IT support providers to ensure hardware, software, and access issues are resolved efficiently. We provide second-line support for system testing, troubleshooting, improvements, and technical problem resolution. We assist with system development, configuration, and upgrades. We manage change controls and gather user feedback to support system enhancements. We support computer system validation activities by executing test scripts and maintaining validation documentation. We ensure systems operate in line with internal procedures, regulatory expectations, and data integrity standards. We support day-to-day system operations across both GxP and non-GxP systems.
