As our next HR Adviser, you’ll play a key role in helping people feel supported, respected and empowered – bringing empathy, clarity and expertise to every conversation.
What you’ll do:
This is a varied and people-focused role:
You’ll offer confident, values-aligned guidance on everything from employee relations and performance to absence, change and wellbeing.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our leaders, helping them navigate people matters with fairness, clarity and consistency.
You’ll also get stuck into projects that shape how we work – always looking for better ways to support, engage and grow our people.

What you’ll bring:
* CIPD qualification level 3 or above.
* Proven experience in a HR generalist role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and best practices.
* Experience handling employee relations casework with empathy and confidence.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* An organised approach with strong attention to detail.
* Experience using HR data and metrics to draw insights, spot trends and support continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* A focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to influence, coach and build credibility across different teams.
* A genuine belief in people, fairness and doing the right thing.
