An established client is seeking an experienced Senior Search Specialist to play a key role in the development and delivery of high‑performing search strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.You will be responsible for creating and executing best‑in‑class search strategies that meet and exceed client targets, while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the agency's search offering. This is a hands‑on role requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insight.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will also support the development of the wider search proposition, help shape best practice across the team, and contribute to new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Design, deliver and optimise high‑quality search campaigns across allocated client accounts, ensuring performance is continuously monitored and improved Produce realistic, engaging forecasts and targets, and take ownership of delivering against them Conduct in‑depth audits to identify new opportunities and develop strategies aligned to client objectives Champion quality and best practice, helping to raise standards and consistency across the team Build strong, trusted client relationships, regularly engaging to plan, execute and review campaigns Collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, client services and business development to achieve shared goals Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and changes across the wider digital media landscape Deliver clear, insightful reporting, sharing results and learnings to drive continuous improvement and innovation Act as a point of escalation for search‑related queries, supporting client teams with complex or bespoke strategies Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and process development, helping to improve efficiency and ways of working Support identification and development of new business opportunities where appropriate About You Proven experience delivering successful search campaigns (paid, organic or both) Strong understanding of how search fits within the wider digital marketing mix Confident working with data, with excellent analytical and quantitative skills Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members Forward‑thinking, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and colleagues Highly organised, with experience managing priorities, deadlines and budgets You'll be comfortable working with industry‑leading tools, including (but not limited to): Google Analytics Google Search Console Google Ads Accuranker Ahrefs Moz What's in it for you A competitive salary of between 38-50k 34 days annual leave increasing by 1 day for each year of service ( max 5) Gym membership Free private healthcare Flexible working Mental Heath support through employee assistance programme Cycle to work Scheme saving up to 42% Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave Fresh fruit, bottomless caffeine and drinks to celebrate success Company events What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
