Role Responsibilities
· Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand customer base and achieve revenue goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, retail buyers, and overseas partners.
· Participate in international trade shows (e.g., Canton Fair) to generate leads and represent the company professionally.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment terms with international clients.
· Coordinate with internal departments (product development, logistics, finance) to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and proposals tailored to global clients.
· Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and KPIs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Trade, English or a related field.
· preferably in export trading or B2B product sales and have experience in international business.
· Strong understanding of international trade practices, incoterms, and shipping procedures.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
· Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
