Works as part of a team to provide day-to-day management of the property and its community including marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration and promotes and maintains an excellent resident experience in order to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
Key Role Responsibilities
1. Dealing with property maintenance issues using our management software Entrata
2. Monitor and agree repairs to insure achievement of targets
3. Provide solutions to queries, issues or concerns
4. Procuring quotations or estimates as/when necessary
5. Monitoring and updating spares to stock list, undertaking an inventory when required.
6. Arranging and undertaking Annual and End of tenancy apartment inspections to identify repair programme and cost responsibility.
7. Minimising void loss by ensuring a quick turnaround with repairs/make readies
8. Assisting in delivering all Key Performance targets relating to repairs and maintenance
9. liaising with maintenance and service contractors delivering a high quality service in line with our brand aspirations.
