This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting some of the most vulnerable people in the community, helping individuals experiencing homelessness to access safety, stability, and long‑term housing solutions.
The Role
Provide outreach across Petersfield and surrounding Hampshire areas
Identify and engage with individuals experiencing homelessness
Support people to access housing, accommodation, and essential services
Liaise with local authorities, housing teams, and partner agencies
Deliver person‑centred support, advocacy, and guidance
Work as part of a dedicated team within a leading homelessness support organisation
Travel across the area (driver essential)
