ABA Tutor – Early Years Autism Support Location: Greater London Area Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £21,000 – £26,000 (Performance-Based Progression) Start Date: Ongoing Intake Throughout the Year An established and forward-thinking autism support service is seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals to join its growing team of ABA Tutors. You will play a vital role in supporting children aged 2–6 with autism and developmental disabilities across a range of settings including the home, clinic, and early years environments. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates passionate about early intervention, behaviour analysis, or educational psychology. Whether you're new to the field or looking to build your career in autism education, full training is provided to ensure you thrive in a highly structured, supportive team. The Role: You will work one-to-one with children using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles to help build essential communication, social, and life skills. Tutors follow individualised programmes designed to maximise independence, confidence, and daily functioning. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one ABA-based learning sessions in homes, schools, or centre settings Follow bespoke learning plans under the supervision of experienced consultants Implement structured behaviour support strategies Track data and support child development goals across multiple domains Work flexibly across locations as required What We’re Looking For: Passion for working with young children with autism or related developmental needs Bright, energetic, and emotionally resilient individuals Willingness to undertake comprehensive training, including a 40-hour RBT course (provided) Strong interest in behavioural science, SEN education, or early intervention Commitment to safeguarding and safe working practices Full-time availability (we do not offer part-time roles) Eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available) Desirable Backgrounds: NVQ Level 2 or above in Childcare or Health & Social Care Prior experience as an LSA, nursery nurse, or SEN support worker Psychology, education, or therapy graduates seeking practical experience Benefits What’s on Offer: £21,000 starting salary, increasing up to £26,000 based on performance and progression Full-time contract from day one Free ABA/VB training and safeguarding certification Clear pathways to Supervisor and Consultant roles (BCBA supervision available) Friendly, structured work environment with a strong support network Monday to Friday schedule (8:45am–5:00pm) How to Apply: If you are ready for a full-time, high-impact role helping children with autism develop essential life skills, we’d love to hear from you.
