For the successful commercial gas engineer our client is offering:
1. Competitive salary £40,000 - £43,000 depending on experience
2. 40 hours a week/ variable start times (Days)
3. Permanent position

The role – Commercial Gas Engineer:
12. Heating/ combustion maintenance reactive repair works
13. Work within set time frames to me clients expectations
14. Undertake heating/combustion PPM works
15. Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding
16. Maintain stock control systems as directed
17. Carry out on call duties as part of a rota
18. Commercial and domestic installations
19. Domestic fault finding and servicing
20. Minor plumbing works
What our client is looking for in a Commercial Gas Engineer:
21. Commercial gas qualifications (CIGA1, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A) - Essential
22. ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas
23. (Domestic Gas qualifications CCN1, CEN1, CPA1)
24. A full driving licence - Essential
25. Significant previous experience in a similar service environment
26. Must be flexible in their approach to work
27. LPG or Oftec Oil tickets - Desirable
28. HVAC Control Systems - Desirable
29. Previous experience of PFI building maintenance - Desirable
30. Legionella Awareness - Desirable
31. Experience of BMS systems - Desirable
