This position is a critical bridge between our clients and our production floor. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical printing knowledge and sales aptitude, providing accurate cost estimates while maintaining strong relationships with our local client base.**Your Responsibilities:*** Estimate cost of materials, labor, and time for digital, offset, and wide-format projects* Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins* Actively follow up on outstanding quotes to convert inquiries into production orders* Consult with production staff to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods for specialized jobs* Review job tickets for accuracy before releasing them to the production department* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paper stocks, inks, and finishing options**You Must Have:*** Prior experience in the printing industry (Estimating, CSR, or Production)* Strong proficiency in mathematics and technical calculations* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)* Familiarity with print software (e.g., Avanti, EFI, Pace) and Microsoft Office* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment* Residency in or easy commute to Stratford, ON**About Taylor Corporation** One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
