This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, long-term project with a contractor known for delivering complex schemes to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing internal works from first fix through to snagging and final handover * Supporting the Site and Finishing Managers to ensure programme deadlines are met * Coordinating with subcontractors and trades to ensure quality, safety, and compliance * Assisting with site inspections and quality control processes * Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management Requirements: * Experience working on new build residential schemes * Strong knowledge of internals and snagging processes * Excellent communication and organisational skills * SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications desirable This role would suit an ambitious individual looking to further their experience with one of the UK’s top contractors on a landmark scheme.
