We'd like you to:
* Build and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple platforms with a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients
* Understand the paid search landscape, and be able to drive diversification of platform usage across your client base and make proactive suggestions on changes / optimisations
* Regularly conduct channel audits to help contribute to new business and drive results
* Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs and communicate these during regular client calls
* Build trust and relationships with our clients and be a key person on contact
* Shape agency processes, best practices and tech automation
* Help us continue to grow and manage one of the best teams in the world!

* Proactive and solutions-focused
* Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360
* Passion for marketing and/or the digital world
* Smart and data-driven approach to work
* Client-facing experience
* Hands-on experience of executing paid search campaigns
* B2C experience would be nice to have
