you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional design and professional services across various sectors, serving both public and private clients.

Hours

Salary
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, delivering top-notch building surveying services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Conducting surveys of existing buildings and sites, providing detailed reports on their condition.
* Advising clients on repair, maintenance, and improvement options, including health & safety and regulatory compliance.
* Project managing the delivery of solutions, including the administration of construction contracts.
* Supporting clients in procuring contractors for various projects.
* Performing quality assurance checks and assisting colleagues in delivering larger-scale building surveying services.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to support business development.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification.
* Are working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
* Possess a solid background in building surveying, with experience across various building types and sectors.
* Have familiarity with procurement processes and contract administration.
