Reactive Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the UKs leading distribution companies. Due to expansion, their specialist freight forwarding division are looking for a Database Administrator to work in a hybrid capacity.
Overview:
* To create and manage all aspects of master data for all clients and suppliers on their in-house and Oracle systems to enable timely & accurate client billing and supplier payment entries
* To maintain all billing, supplier, collection/delivery account information and tariff information in their in-house system and create new records as per the requirements of operations and commercial teams
* Master Data Controller (Database Administrator) is responsible to work with IT suppliers (internal & external) and approve any system developments that impact the delivery of billing/payment information
* To oversee a small team of Finance Administrators responsible for master data tasks
Requirements:
* Experience with Oracle advantageous
* Team leader experience/qualities overseeing a small team is also advantageous
* Intermediate level with Excel including spreadsheets etc
* Excellent communication skills important for leasing with internal and external contacts
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Solid PC literacy with all MS programmes
