About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Soldering Operative to join a well-established manufacturing team in Aylesford. You will be soldering small metal trays using a gas torch, ensuring each tray is sealed accurately on all four sides.
This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong eye for detail, as all completed pieces are quality checked to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Soldering small metal trays using a gas torch
* Ensuring all four sides are completed accurately and consistently
* Working to a high-quality standard with minimal defects
* Following safety procedures and production guidelines
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of soldering experience (gas torch experience highly desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and meet daily production targets
* Reliability, good work ethic, and punctuality
