As an Infrastructure Team Leader, you will assist in driving the provision of a highly skilled, responsive and progressive team. The Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the supply and transition of new services, enhancements, and project deliverables into Operational teams. You will take ownership for managing and developing a team of technical specialists. This includes measuring quality and delivery, optimising resource allocation and contributing to continual improvement, whilst ensuring the team remains skilled and motivated. Our Infrastructure stack comprises of enterprise scale Server, Storage and Virtualisation technologies from multiple vendors. Solid understanding and experience in Service Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to multitask, confidently managing multiple delivery streams of activity simultaneously, in a fluid environment. Ability to hold yourself to account, setting high expectations of your work and learning from mistakes in an open and transparent way. Degree level qualifications in a Technology related subject.
