Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
2. Assist in the coordination of school events, activities, and daily operations
3. Act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors
4. Maintain accurate records and manage school documentation systems
5. Support student supervision and wellbeing when required
6. Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Requirements
7. Proven experience in an administrative or support role
8. Strong organisational and time-management skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Good IT skills ( Microsoft Office)
12. Professional, approachable, and reliable
Desirable
13. Previous experience in a school or educational setting
14. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
15. First aid qualification (or willingness to train)
