Key Responsibilities
As Food and Beverage Manager, you'll take charge of all front-of-house operations and ensure smooth daily service:
Manage and support the front-of-house team serving 3 meals per day
Plan and quote for functions with clients and military sponsors
Write and manage staff rotas within budgeted hours
Oversee bar management, stock control, and daily cash reconciliations
Complete weekly trading accounts and operational reports
Order stock and build strong relationships with clients
Lead recruitment, team training, and performance management
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company standards
What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident and organised Food and Beverage Manager with proven leadership experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required
A proactive approach and genuine passion for delivering great service
