>Coordinating maintenance resources across the network to ensure appropriate manpower and equipment are available to support planned and operational maintenance activity
>Maintaining interface documentation and ensuring service providers receive updates relating to airworthiness information and maintenance processes
>Reviewing supplier commercial activity and supporting the contract review process to drive service improvement and value
>Supporting cross-department initiatives and projects as required by the Line Maintenance Manager

What we’re looking for

>Strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and procedures
>Understanding of Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulatory frameworks
>Experience working with or managing third-party maintenance providers or suppliers
>Ability to investigate operational events and support safety and reliability improvements
>Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with both internal teams and external providers
>Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stations and priorities
>Confident working independently and travelling regularly across the network
>Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and AMOS
>A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
>A spoken European language would be advantageous

What you’ll get in return

>Competitive base salary
>Up to 20% annual bonus
>25 days leave plus bank holidays
>BAYE, SAYE and performance share schemes
>7% pension contribution
>The opportunity to work at the centre of a dynamic airline operation supporting one of Europe’s most efficient fleets
