As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering our delicious food propositions while leading a passionate team.
About The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in creating mouth-watering dishes.
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
* Oversee and manage a small team of commis chefs, ensuring compliance with food safety policies.
* Step in for the Sous Chef when needed, managing daily operations in your section.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, setting a standard for health and safety.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, while keeping track of daily food diaries.
* Control budget margins with the support of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

* Fun-loving and spirited, understanding the impact of their role on guest experiences.
While a Level 3 Food Safety qualification is ideal, it’s not essential. You will also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and late finishes. We offer a variety of shifts, starting as early as 7 AM and going up to midnight. Plus, if you’re looking to relocate, we can provide on-resort accommodation!
