Job summary The successful applicant will be part of a team providing medical and non medical consumables to Health Boards in South Wales. This will involve the picking and packing of items ready for delivery to sites, following orders generated by hospital staff. To ensure all boxes / pallets are clearly and precisely labelled with all relevant information. To ensure all completed boxes / packages are placed on the designated pallets for distribution. To assist in the receipting of goods into the warehouse from suppliers. Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership for a Stores Operative based at Newport IP5 Warehouse. Shift work on a two week basis. Week one, will be mornings Mon-Friday 06.00 - 14.00 Week two will be afternoons Mon-Friday 10.00 - 18.00 The successful candidate will work as a member of a team that receives and picks. Candidates should have previous stores experience, be industrious, customer focused and understand the importance of a high quality service.
