SEND & SEMH Education Roles – Teachers & Support Staff (Crowborough Area)
We are currently working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools in and around Crowborough, supporting pupils who benefit from calm, consistent adults and emotionally informed practice.
These settings support both primary and secondary pupils and are known for their strong pastoral approaches and collaborative staff teams. The work can be demanding, but schools prioritise staff support, shared responsibility and positive working relationships.
We are looking to connect with teachers and classroom support staff who want purposeful work within SEND and SEMH education.

Experience in SEND or SEMH is welcome but not essential. Training and ongoing support are available.

* A child-only DBS is required. If you do not currently have one, you will be required to apply and pay for a DBS and place it on the Update Service. Support is provided throughout, and this helps ensure continuity of work across settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
