What the Job Involves Your role involves managing a complex caseload with a focus on children, young people, and families to ensure their safety and well-being using interventions from the Family Safeguarding Model. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of social need and risk, facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration, chair multi-agency meetings, and provide evidence-based supervision. Additionally, you support the team by delivering training and mentoring and work closely with management to improve service delivery while meeting statutory responsibilities and financial guidelines.
