We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the reins of a well-established independent practice in the heart of a thriving Bedfordshire market town. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious vet to step into a leadership role, guiding the clinical team, shaping the direction of the practice, and having the autonomy to really make your mark!
The practice is fully equipped with digital radiography, endoscopy, laparoscopy, an in-house lab, and full surgical facilities, allowing you to deliver the highest standard of care. You will be supported by a dedicated, experienced and committed nursing team, but you will take the lead in decision-making, clinical governance, and driving the practice forward.

The Rota:
* 5-day week, 9am – 7pm (Wednesdays finish at 5pm)
* No weekends
* No OOH

* £1,000 CPD allowance + 5 days
