What will you receive?
4. Annual salary of £32,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities
Working hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.
14. Reactive, planned and statutory electrical maintenance and remedial tasks on a variety of buildings..
15. Testing and inspecting.
16. Fault finding and diagnosis.
17. General building maintenance experience.
18. Competent in lone working and as part of a team.
19. Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
20. Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
21. On call team member (on call payments extra).
Role Requirements
22. Full UK driving licence is essential – vehicle and fuel card provided.
23. Previous experience in a similar role – (essential).
24. Ability to work to deadlines.
25. Good organisational skills.
26. Work well as part of a team and alone.
27. 18th Edition.
28. Relevant electrical qualification, level 3 or 236 part 1 & 2.
29. C & G 2391 desirable but not essential.
30. A DBS check will be required.
31. Experience and knowledge of related construction trades.
32. Bristol/Gloucester/Swindon locations.
